The digitally inclusive workplace
Vision & hearing
With the right support people with sensory impairments can succeed in a variety of jobs. Three in ten (30%) of registered blind and partially sighted people who have worked, believed that they could have continued their role if they had received the right support.
Neurodiversity & learning
One in seven of us are neurodiverse. Neurodiversity refers to the different ways the brain can work and interpret information, which highlights that people naturally think about things differently. Neurodiversity, includes Attention Deficit Disorder, Autism, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia.
Mental health & well-being
It’s estimated that one in six colleagues will contract a mental health related illness as a result of workplace stress and anxiety. As we now face pressures to work from home, and self-isolate it’s expected that these figures will rise according to the World Health Organisation.
